front shocks went bad only 4500 miles

hey guys today i was driving and noticed my car was leaning to the right side and the front end was making alot of weird noises stoped over at bmw they said bring it back fri it looks like a shock problem anyone eles have this problem

I was going to say have you hit a curb/pot whole/ bomb crater recently. I could under stand replacing one in the 60-100,000 mile area but not 4500.
