Took my '04 545i in for a 4 wheel alignment and the front end camber could only be adjusted to -0.63 degrees on both left and right front wheels. The specified range was -0.53 to -0.13. What kind of tire life should I expect with that setting? Tech explained that suspension will sag causing this issue, any aftermarket products to correct this? Appreciated the feedback.
A tenth of a degree is negligible. You won't see any real significant front tire wear at these settings.
Now what you really have to worry about is the rear settings. OEM spec is -2.0 degrees and it will cause significant inner tire wear.

I have this issue. Is it better then to use less camber ? One can clearly see the rear camber, why does BMW use that much ?
For more even wear and maximum tire life less camber is better. Negative camber generally gives you better performance i.e. more grip on hard cornering.
Just a heads up I have a rear camber kit for sale if anyone is interested.
