Probably a big RTFM for me, but I found these yesterday:
1) If you are in a section, e.g. Navigation and you want to go to Entertainment, by sliding and holding the pie dish South takes you straight there. Then when you want to go back, slide and hold East. The other cool thing is that it remembers the screen you were on in that section, so for example it takes you straight back to the N facing map etc.
2) With the Pro Nav, if you ask for specific information on an area, e.g. Petrol Stations, then return to the map, it is full of little petrol station icons in blue.

Bit off topic but do you have any pics of your pronav/black dakota/maple combo as this is currently top of my list (still swithering between silver grey and titanium grey paint though.

There's one picture of the interior in This Thread
I'll get the camera out and do some more interior shots tonight. It's quite hard to photograph the maple - you have to be a bit of a whizz with flash settings or you get horrible reflections that don't show it off properly. Anyway, I'll do my best.

Absolutely gorgeous....cannot wait to see more......the maple and black really go well together and yes, you are right, silver grey is better than titanium grey I think.
