Did the same today, but I forgot to do the Lysol thing. The filters were very dirty. Does anyone know, when/what service they get replaced? I will report back in the next few days as to any improvement in the "smell"
An ex. BMW service advisor said sometimes there could be water trapped. I don't know how true but the heat method worked for me.
