i guess driving with your fog lights ON there is like driving with your high-beams ON here (US)... it's a pain in the a** for others! i was always wondering why people would get upset when they hear that i drive with them on. different countries, different specs... makes sense. i'm glad BMW put thought into that when setting up the cars. it just shows that they take the time to make the car more functional for you wherever you live.
