Tried to save some radio stations in the FM menu but they disappear when you next start the car. Anyone else have this problem?

 

Read the manual, it's very tricky. You pick a station by clicking on it, then choose set, then you have to scroll to the station preset number you want to store it under and click again. This last part is the one I was not doing, so the station never actually got stored.

 

I stored all my favorite stations during my trip home after picking the car up. One day I noticed they were all gone! I was so frustrated because they would randomly come back or dissapear. It wasn't until one day I realized the key remembers your settings. I stored them using one key, and they would be gone if I used the other! Another small detail to remember!

 

I used to have that problem, but it vanished when I got an upgrade to CIP 18.01. Contact your dealer - if you still have warranty, it should cover it!
