Fluid on my drive way. Oil or Transmission Fluid is the Question?

No oil leak will "dry up".

well I don't mean dries up as much as it stops coming out, it seems like the drip is only happening while the car is running, I will try to take pics of my driveway later on an then get a few pics of the spots being left by car as well.
