Floor mat heel plate

Only got my new OEM mats around 3 months ago or so and the driver one has flatten again which is really annoying me.
Is there something you can get on its own, like the below but not as ghetto?

I don't know of anything ready made, but I would expect any machine shop should be able to cut and drill a plate, and you could mount it with some flush stainless bolts.

I use clear thin plastic(flexible) mats on top of the floor mats. That keeps the mats clean and reduces wear of the floor mats. When those clear mats wear out, I throw them away. They are about less than $10 per set.
