Hi,
Yesterday the flat tire warning sign appears in I-Drive screen on my 2004 530I. I checked the tire and fill the tire based on the BMW recommended pressure. But the warning sign is not removed. I read that I should reset the tmp. But I don?t know how I should do that and how is the tmp sign looks like?

It's FTM. If you can't figure it out from the user manual, press the iDrive when it's in the Home screen. You should be able to find FTM from there, under Info Sources if I remember.
That FTM doesn't monitor pressure. It monitors differential rotation rates of the different wheels. Gradually falling tire pressures (which is what is happening at this time of the year) don't trigger the FTM. You almost certainly have a leak in the tire that's soft. I'd suggest you get it fixed ASAP, then put a pound or two extra in all the tires to allow for dropping temperatures in the fall. Don't forget the spare. I check mine every week in the fall and winter, but then I'm kind of anal about tire pressures.

***while resetting the ftm sensors you need to drive, not stay stationary as it resets..and usually takes a few minutes of driving before it resets as well...

In my 2004 530I, I don't have FTM option in Idrive under the vehicle setting. I have all of Oil, Brake, Filter and etc there but no FTM. So how can I reset that?
