First trip - first ticket (!)

Geeze, just a first trip in my 550i and a ticket. Less than 500 miles on it. I think he must have switched it on
as my v1 went off abruptly... The guy was really nice, made a u-turn across
the grass to catch me from the opposite side. Must have been quite high, but he wrote 75 (thanks!)
He said "I know those ride really smooth"

He "popped" you with the laser. Unless you have a Jammer, there's no way around it. The only time the V1 will help you is if he pulls the trigger on a car in front of you. Then you're V1 will catch it and you'll have time to react and slow down.

Not enough traffic on the road ahead of me for the trooper to Zap to give the V1 sufficient warning. Completely my fault. Trooper was less understanding than yours. In fact he almost drove right past me I hit the brakes so hard when I pulled over. Bwahahaha
