First time bmw owner

Hey everyone im new to this forum and to the bmw world, i just purchased my first bmw 550i 2006 i spent a lot of time researching the car then i went to afghanistan an saved up money to get it , i was jus wondering if any one had suggestions or ideas on parts an good brands for bmws i need new fog lights, my headlights are not exactly what i expected i went to a custom auto shop in town an asked them about upgrading my headlights to a more blue color and angel eye leds an he told me bmws dont upgrade lights but obviously ppl do cause ive been surfing this site all day, i also was thinkin of putting 20" savini sv37's staggered rims on it but idk if thats too big or too small for the 5 series like i said im new to the bmw world and im learning something new about the car everyday so hopefully u guys wont think im an idiot when ask u a no brainer question about my e60 so any suggestions or help would be appreciated thank you

You may get more help if you used a period every now and again. That was a tough read.

Do you not have Xenon headlights? You can simply change the angel eyes. I have Mtec V2s, they are okay i guess.

Most people who put rims on do 19" or 20" depending on ride comfort and local road conditions, just don't do chrome.
