I agree on the lack of interior storage space and had my dealer remove the storage box inside the center armrest. It cost $100, but was well worth the price.

I put my cd's that are in the cd-changer in the trunk. There is a special compartment that is closed by a small hatch where they fit in perfectly!
The glovecompartment is twice as big as in my old 330 ci convertible so no complaints over here..

I too had my dealer remove the cell phone tray from the center console storage bin. Now it's deep enough to hold a few cd's.
BUT, my dealer did not charge me a thing! In fact, this was an ED car, in which he was already making much less profit than normal. He just asked the service guys to remove it as part of the prep for redelivery. It's a a couple of minutes.
Let me guess, did you use Herb Chambers??? Those guys are thiefs.....
