Finally picked up new 530! BUT...

My Ride: 2005 530i, sport package, 123 style wheels, amethyst grey, beige leather / poplar wood, comfort seats, rear window shade breyton front lip spoiler???

Picked up car today. What a ride! Everything is just as expected....BUT

I asked the dealer to have the AUX input installed but they said they couldn't do it. Came prepared though with the instructions from this forum. But he still said he couldn't install, said it was a europe thing.

So didn't want to waste time and make a raucous while the car was waiting.

Suggestions anyone?

My dealer said the same thing, and a call to bmwna confirmed it for them... I got the SAT installed instead, and will wait for a more official IPOD offering for the e60 from BMW...

Does anyone have any info about BMW coming out with a bluetooth ipod solution?

I know someone had it done in the states here, however, it might of been done in florida or something
