My Ride: '06 550i
'84 Nissan S12 Turbo
The "excessive wind noise" is no more! Can't believe it took that many trips to get it right. Getting the Service Manager and Shop Foreman involved after the 4th visit helped, I'm guessing. Shop Foreman is the one that actually replaced the seal and adjusted the glass. 
Also, cold start hard brake pedal issue was finally taken care of after 4 dealer visits. They kept saying it was normal.....I kept saying it wasn't....finally they broke down and replaced the vac pump and brake booster.
Bonus item of the day was they turned off the DRL's, free of charge
All-n-all, it was a great day.....just thought I'd share
