I see that its his daughter's car which his wife was driving (rather moving - re-positioning in the driveway) and hit his Son's car.

E60 - his and not involved other than for horn testing
E36 - son's car and the one that pulled into the driveway and was backed into
Civic - daughter's car being driven in reverse by his wife
