Sorry to ask this dumb question; but just heard from the dealer and my order has a start production date of 9/05/2005. How do I find out what I-"Features"/body changes/whether I have a real MY06 or not/etc??

Any production in September is the real change-over. The factory in Germany is closed now getting ready for the change over. My production starts one week later than yours. You're getting all the real '06 features (like start/stop button).

My Ride: 2008 M5 -- Exterior: Silverstone, Interior: Black. Fully Loaded. That just about sums it up! :-)

According to my dealer I will get a production number on September 1st for my October build. You guys will have a 1-month head start on the fun!
Speaking of the "Features In", I guess the list will include:
** DSC+ (hill holding, brake drying, etc. just like the E90's)
** start/stop button
** chrome grills for us 530i folks
** of course the new 6-cylinder that's been available since March '05.
Did I miss anything?
