My Ride: 2007 Sapphire Black Metallic 525i. Beige Dakota Leather, Premium package, bluetooth, BMW Assist, Xenon adaptive lights, Sirius radio
http://www.sprintbooster.us/
The home page states it does not void warranty. I have printed it and am keeping a copy.
If BMW tries to deny anything Sprintbooster will have a lawsuit.
thank you all for your patience

I dont get this-you can unplug it in 2 minutes so before you go in to the dealer then take it out especially if you are taking it in for a problem that has anything to do with anything other than suspension or non-engine parts.
I never did this-I left it on and nobody could tell but IF you are that worried about it just unplug the thing in 2 seconds anytime you take your car in

an aftermarket company that didnt create your car cannot claim whether or not their product will void the warranty, that is left up to the factory to decide
it shouldnt void it, but dont be swayed just because "sprintbooster says so"
i doubt they will pay for a new warranty if yours is in the unlikely event, voided
