Need some help please!

I recently retrofitted CCC into my 2003 E60 that had Business SAT NAV I installed a CCC head unit from a 2007 E60. I had the unit installed before the retrofit and the eight touch favourite keys worked could program them but now the car has been codded I seem to have lost the favourite key functionality, any ideals why and how to rectify?

Also the head unit keeps waking up, I know this as I have a Dension 500 Gateway retrofitted with a BTA1500. When the car is parked outside the house the Bluetooth connects without the car started or unlocked.

All coding was done via Autologic.
