My factory Warranty is almost up. Is there anything I should try to get the dealer to look at? I have a 2008 528i with a extended maint plan and BMW 7/100k platinum extension.

My Ride: 2008 550
DPE S7
CF Front Splitters
I'd have multiple complaints lined up....steering, brake squeal, suspension, etc. It's last call, make it a strong one.

I'm not saying I don't trust dealers, but I don't trust dealers. Have you considered paying a reputable independent shop to do a "pre warranty-expiration inspection" on the car? It's usually $200-$300 and you'll end up with a detailed report to take to the dealer.

My Ride: PHINEASS. 2008 535i Alpine White/ Light Beige Dakota/ Dark Poplar with Sports, Premium, Navigation, Cold Weather, Comfort Access, Satellite Radio, Ipod & USB, Legal Tinted, All Weather Front, Rear and Trunk mats, Detailed and Clay Treated.
Model Year: 2008
My warranty expired on Sunday. I put it in the dealer on Friday (Thank God!) for a few reasons I was concerned about.
1. Squeaky brakes
2. Noise on front suspension when hitting a pot hole
3. A/C not cooling as good on very hot Texas days.
The dealer told me that I did a great job taking it in just 2 days before my warranty expires. Gave me an F10 loaner, and sent me off. In the afternoon they called me and told me that they replced the brakes on the front axle, changed the A/C compressor and they have ordered the Sway Bushings for the front suspension which will come in 2 business days. So they told me to drive the loaner until my car is done tomorrow. I should have asked them to check the wiper blades.
Nice service! I'm still debating on the buying of a Vehicle Repair Plan.
