The eyebrow goes also way behind the old one, maybe even replacing the old side leds.
There's also noticable changes to the rear bumber.
The "Euro" reflectors are slimmer.

When the E65 got facelifted, they also changed the software.

You are talking about the new sport gear. When i see the first picture of the interior, i see a diferent shift from this last pictures.
Maybe the first picture show us the new sport transmission, and this one, is only a "simple" steptronic!
if you look carefully, you will see a Black button beetwen the idrive knob and the shift, just in the frst picture, and not in the others!

on the other hand I'm glad to know that there are no dramatic design changes and the cars looks practicaly identical to a regular person...... makes my car looks still newish
