There seems to be a little open comparment right in front of the shift level (where the sliding ashtray used to be) and that little drawer on the vertical part of the console right above that looks like some kind of ashtray?

We need some high-res interior shots!

I found one... looks like there are 2 open cubbyholes and one covered one (probably new ashtray). I wonder where the cigarette lighter has gone?

Having navigated through the various demos, when you turn the lights on and off in the pop-up demo ("Scheinwerfer an" = lights on), the eyebrows no longer illuminate. Anyone know if this is actually how it's going to be with the new model? It would be a shame if they dropped that feature.

Cheers

I won't be waiting until June! I will have to make do with the new engine with the steptronic box.......286bhp will be lovely thank you very much!
I find it strange that they will ship the updated 535d for a few months without the new 'box. Of course nothing is confirmed in the UK 100% yet but my guess is that the updated engine and 'box appear together in June.

Anyone notice what look like side-marker LEDs on the rear lights...
They are tiny but you can make something out there...
That would be very cool

Overall, the facelift looks very nice, inside and out. But they were not very aggressive on the changes, for example, as compared to the work done on the 7er.

Does it look like the new front fenders flare out more than the original? More like an M5? (old above, new below)

hi people.
You are talking about the new sport gear. When i see the first picture of the interior, i see a diferent shift from this last pictures.
Maybe the first picture show us the new sport transmission, and this one, is only a "simple" steptronic!
if you look carefully, you will see a Black button beetwen the idrive knob and the shift, just in the frst picture, and not in the others!
what do you think???
