Default Extreme vibration, please help

Hi fellas
My car is E60 525i -06 N52 automatic

I'm having a major issue and I'd kill for your input.

It used to have a very rough idle when AC was on, when off - mild to nothing. But I couldn't find a solution and taken that there's no symptom when ac off I just drove it like that and everything's been perfect.

Yesterday I had a drive, I quickly reversed from gravel on the side and up on the road hitting a small edge that shouldn't do something but it did.

From that moment my car is having extreme vibrations, at idle, startup, low speed, when I turn the steering wheel. It feels like the engine/box is about to collapse and it's worse when I switch gear to reverse. At startup it sounds quite sad and eventually cranks. At high speeds, nothing, not a single symptom.

The whole car is literally shaking, I feel it in the chair, steering, pedals, body.. the whole car.

I have attached Carly diagnostics report if that gives you any insight.

I truly appreciate your help, it means a lot!
I'm going through life and hell right now so I was thinking to sell the car in ~ 1 month but this just drags me down after I had to replace parts for $2000 some weeks ago.

Once again, thank you.

Check your engine mounts.

So it'd make sense to be the engine mounts, do you have any idea how I can error search them without taking off the undercover shields/engine parts?

It's crazy to pay $500 per mount + labour at the mechanic

I'm far away from home and got no tools.

I've had a quick look and found something visual:

Where did you escape from buddy.

Odd place for a bolt..... I would start there.

Looks like an aluminium bolt. Broken. Likely from the valve cover area if it's an M6.

If you open the hood and have somebody else put the car in gear and brake-torque the engine, you might see it move around on the mounts. A little flex is OK, a lot of movement is not. Try in D and in R.

Reminds me of the bolts that hold the stock strut bar in place on top of the engine.

sorry, forgot those are Torx, not Etorx

It look like cover head bolt. Check for the others bolt on morning, with cool engine condition. If loose, maybe, there was air leak from head cover gap and changing air fuel ratio. The air leak, makes air flow straight to combustion chamber without going through MAF. And there will be unusual vibrations. Also still check engine mount and transmission mount.
