I need a bluetooth receiver that powers from a 12v volt supply and has aux output. The only thing close to it was the IO PLAY but it only had iso connection as output to speakers not aux. Reason i'm asking because i want to use the existing 12v supply and aux on the car to connect my phone. I really don't want to do any work that requires removing of panels/trim.
Any ideas where i can find one ?

Sorry, no idea. I used to have a portable one from Jabra which has a built-in speaker, it works very well. Why don't you do a BT retrofit with OEM? What year is your car?

It's 07 but it doesn't have the wiring in. I'm not keen on ripping off 80% of the car trim just for the bluetooth!

Who told you to rip off 80% of the trims? You car should be wired for BT and probably just need programming from the dealer.
No, unfortunately not. It's not pre wired, no mics, no module, no wiring, nothing to be honest. It is a huge retrofit to do it. I've checked for it on another topic i've posted about a month ago. I don't want to go down the parrot route because is still needs trim removal and don't want to start removing stuff on a 4k mile car.At least not yet. That's why i'm looking on a simple add on solution.

Really. Which model do you have (535 vs 550 / E60 vs E61, etc)? Do you have BMW Assist? If you know that for a fact, then I guess you will need an aftermarket BT solution.
