Go to PepBoys and get chrome trim rings. They screw on.

My 2004 E60 520i has the same exhaust tips as the ones in Iceman's pic . I recieved the car like that from the dealer. Maybe in Cyprus they order all cars to come with the chrome big exhaust tips

Looks good anyway

Cheers

the exhaust replacement (as someone has suggested above) is probably not an option either...........if you go under the car, you will see that an exhaust swap will also involve cutting and welding. So, if you must, then you might be better off cutting and welding on the new exhaust tips only. Good luck!

the diameter between 525i and 545i is different (pictures do not show that) ...

Anyway, why do you want to copy, why not let those stupid guys who spent $ 15.000 more for a slightly different design (the bigger exhaust pipes) have a superior feeling, ... so please , do not copy :'(

Regards

Jack-E61

Besides, could there be a copyright (only granted to 545i owners) to on the exhaust pipes perhaps ???

You might want to put on your flak vest, Jack.
