Does anyone know how the exhaust system on BMW545 is supposed to function?
There are two pipes at the rear, but I can only feel exhaust comming from one of them... the one on the left . The second one doesn't seem to have any preasure that I can notice. Is it supposed to be this way...? :'( Just curious.

The second "pipe" opens up under load / WOT.
Do a search and you'll find some threads on modifying the actuator to the open position permanantly.
Or you can get an aftermarket exhaust.
