My complaint isn't so much as to the cost of the US Nav Disks since that would be used daily. It's the fact that for ED, it's a one time deal for many people. Why couldn't they loan or rent a disc at Munich instead of sell a disk for $160?

Your dealer should get you one. Mine ordered one form NAVTek and gave it it to me before I left for Munich. I returned it to him as a courtesy when I returned. He loaned it to the next ED customer or his brother in Law.
