My Ride: 535d Sport, carbon black, media pack, visibility pack, grey leather, heated seats, sun protection glass, voice control, Eibach ProKit, 19" 166 style wheels, e-maps ECU remap to 325hp and 640NM, top speed limiter removed

Yes it is. If you order the sporty suspension on a standard car, all you get is a different set of springs.

The m-sport or m-tech suspension consists of different springs, different dampers and different anti roll bars.

Tough to answer perhaps, but what's the difference in "road feel" and in performance between the two suspensions?

I found the m-tec springs on my sport rather crashy, so swapped them for Eibach ProKit.
You will most certainly have less body roll through the corners with the m-sport, due to the thicker ARB's alone.

I am still looking to swap the m-sport ones for even thicker and solid (The BMW ones are hollow) H&R bars.
Depending on the setting, it should give a nice tail happy car.
