From their website:

The upcoming ESS N62 TVS Series supercharger system features the Eaton TVS 1900 rotating assembly in a ESS proprietary inlet driven SC housing mated to a high-flow CAD designed cast aluminum intake manifold system. TVS Stage 2 features a massive manifold mounted liquid heat exchanger with dedicated high capacity cooling circuit. This highly efficient, positive displacement Eaton TVS based design generates massive torque over the whole RPM range. The ESS N62 TVS system is virtually inaudible, and completely maintenance free.

This system will be available for the following models :

E60 545i
E60 550i
E63 645Ci
E63 650i
E65 745i
E65 750i
E53 X5 4.4i N62
E53 X5 4.8is
E70 X5 4.8i

Estimated power output :

x45 N62B44 TVS1 : 430HP
x45 N62B44 TVS2 : 465HP
x50 N62B48 TVS1 : 450HP
x50 N62B48 TVS2 : 480HP

Estimated release : Q2 2011

They have talked of this project for almost 4 years with no actual product so I do not think this will likely happen so I would not hold out for it. If you want more power look elsewhere

Unfortunately the only place to look outside of this supercharger is a used M5.

I've been looking at this for almost a year now...long before I even bought my E60. I dont think it's ever going to happen. There is a thread on here somewhere where users were begging for more information (pricing, eta, etc) but nothing ever came of it. Shame too, many of us would be interested. My E60 has Dian stage 3 software, throttle body, RPI intakes, custom exhaust...my 545i is all tapped out power wise. A supercharger would be my next step....

(I hope someone is listening, hint)

I don't think there will be a huge market for these...Lets face it...The SC will probably be in the price range of 7-12g's....Most of these car are hardly worth that now a days...Talk is one thing but to pony up the cash is another thing in itself!

Get an M5. They're a little too late. The price of the supercharger + your E60 could go towards a down payment on a used M5.

I saw the thread elsewhere about how this supercharger was supposed to be released 4th quarter of last year. The only reason I'm holding up hope is that previously all we saw were the CAD drawings. Now there is discussion of two stages and actual pictures of the kits on e60s.

If this was in the $7K area, I would buy it. It would be price prohibitive if you get into the $10-$12K range as 550i owners would opt for an M5. ESS has to know this.

From the ESS supercharger thread in Parts and Mod section.

Tuning this motor for forced induction has been a very complex and time consuming project but the finished product has been well worth the effort. This kit provides very linear power delivery with OEM driveability, it is one of the finest products we have built to date.
