Default Error Message on IDrive

What up guys.

I got a error message yesterday saying,

"Ant-trap function deactivated"

Does anyone know what this is? Im assuming it has to do with my windows because I have a picture of a window on my dashboard? Anyone know how to activate it back up? What is it used for anyway?

Thanks

Yes its the window. You can open it and hold it for about 10 seconds, then close and hold again for about 10 seconds. This should clear it. On mine I had to turn the car off and back on again. It is used to keep someone/something from getting caught by the window. Also keeps it from doing damage when stuck. Like mine, it was frozen from ice.

Sounds like it's either windows or sunroof. It's the safety device so that if a kid or a pet get their head out the window and you don't notice then you raise/close the glass and cut their head off. Now that would really ruin your day!
