Default Error Memory (EM) vs. Information Memory (IM) when using INPA for reading trans error

Hi,

In INPA, for reading transmission errors, there is a "Read EM" button as well as "Read IM". What is the difference?

In EM (error memory), there are no errors when I checked with INPA for my car.
In IM (Info memory), there is an error (below). Should I be concerned about the errors listed in IM?

Here's what is stored in Info Memory:
wandlerkupplung offen
schaltart 3 nach 4
Motoristmoment 108 Nm
Getriebeoel
Abbtriebsdrehzahl

Symptom schaltung überwachung
Testbedingungen noch nicht erfuellt
fehler momentan nicht vorhanden, aber bereits gespeichert
fehler wuerde kein Aufleuchten einer Warnlampe verursachen

Translation:
converter clutch open
Switching 3 after 4
Engine torque 108 Nm

Symptom monitoring circuit
Test conditions are not yet met
error is not currently available, but already stored
error would not cause illumination of a warning lamp

I think I should plan to do valve replacement in the mechatronics. What do you guys think?

No issues are seen with car or transmission.
