Error code 4560 leaky injector ??

Error code 4560 leaky injector ??
Whenever I floor my car full throttle, I get the orange engine management light come on then the car enters low power mode. Its fine if I stop switch off the engine then back on again.
The error code it's giving me is 4560 rail pressure quantitative plausibility control.
Any ideas what it could be or how to diagnose to rule out s few things
