First, get a BMW compatible code reader (Carly for BMW is a simple app favorite). Clear all the codes and recheck. Old codes are stored and could have happened anytime over the life of the car.

How many miles is on the car? If you bought the car from a person then I would do regular maintenance on the (high mileage) car then see what you get. Plugs, boots, O2 sensors, oil, filter, check injectors, coolant (May want to change thermo and temp sensor). I would next check for vacuum leaks. There is probably one some where. This I think will clear up most of your issues. The vacuum leak is a hard on to solve because it can be anything. Clean your valve body and MAF and maybe get an EGR. It being an 04 it has a lot miles on it and the owner probably did not maintain it well.

Now you do not have to do all these things but this will definitely solve your issues. If you had INPA you could probably pin point 75% of the issues and save a few $$$.

Since you have the history you can eliminate things on the list. I named things that could cause the codes and you can troubleshoot from there. You started out by saying you just bought a car no other info so I listed what I would change if I just bought a car and had no idea of maintenance schedule. For example you said you moved the coil and plugs and still throwing code for cylinder 2. Have you checked the injector. It could very well be your issue. If you are not mechanically inclined nor have BMW software your are at a big disadvantage and this forum can only "suggest". Only you know the history of the vehicle and your abilities. If you put more detail into your post you might get better responses but the codes listed can have many solutions. So look at the list I gave you, eliminate, and you will solve your issues. Also you said the DISA is missing the flap then you might want to buy a rebuild kit.

Also in the list i pointed out things that only require you to buy canned cleaners (MAF, injectors, valve body) start there. Then work your way to vacuum leaks

An '04 has an M54 engine. Definitely replace the DISA valve, or get a kit from
https://www.germanautosolutions.com/...repair_kit.php

Read the discussion above about effects of DISA valve failure.

Common fail on M54's -- sounds like a previous owner was a real hack.
