The ebay listing says that the engine cover does not come with the car so I am guessing that is how it looks without an engine cover or maybe its just a scam as you said..have no clue

If you're going to get something - get the ESS stage 1, your tranny will thank you, we don't have the M5 tranny so 400HP will kill it and it definitely won't be warrantied.
