my car is 6 speed manual. In first gear, between 1,000 and 2,000 RPM's the cars sputters a little and than takes off, does anyone know what can be causing this. THanks

 

I see from your sig that you have an AFE intake. I'm thinking that the stock software isn't capable of processing the extra airflow and delivering the power it was designed for. SprintBooster only gives you quicker throttle response, but when you're altering the airflow characteristics of a computer-controlled car, tuning software will most likely help. You may also want to check if the intake tract after the filter has become dirty, including the throttle body plate.
