Good evening one and all,

A "New Boy" literally just registered and most defiantly looking forward to getting involved having just purchased my first E60 5 Series.

Having just taken delivery of the beauty, today to be honest, a noise has been heard that can only be described as though I was tuning in a CB or old house radio.

It only seems to occur at low speeds, up to 10mph, and I am puzzled as to what it could be.

Please can anyone let me know what this noise is...?

Thanks in advance and speak with you soon,

Birchy

long shot, but do you think it could be the nav DVD spinning up? I hear mine sometimes at low speed. higher speed creates enough road noise to drown it out.

without knowing what year or model E60 you have, not much else to say.
