Thumbs down

I saw this Maintenance Coverage info....

"Maintenance costs for 4 years/50,000 miles, whichever comes first:"

? Brake Pads: $0
? Brake Rotors: $0
? Engine Belts: $0
? Oil Changes: $0
? Wiper Blades: $0
? Inspections: $0

Has anyone had their Engine Belts replaced? How do I know they need replacement?

I have my maintenance until 100K...

havent heard or seen anything about having them replaced, but i would guess that it would fall under the "vehicle check" in the idrive and serves as a precaution if that and anything else might need to be replaced. just a guess.

They should be replaced some times. If you experience a sudden loss of your engine belt while driving, this can get very expensive. Every now and then they need to be replaced.

But that every now and then usually falls OUTSIDE the free maintenance period... so ya... basically you'll never get the benefit of that part
