My Ride: 545i Sport Auto (see sig)

Anyone know why the 'Enable Services' option for establishing the BMW/service center linkup would be grayed out? What did I forget to reconnect or what blew?

that has only happened to me when the cell phone (built in to car) had no reception. It came back when the phone got serivce again. Maybe you disconnected the antenna to the TCU (telematics control unit) by mistake???
