Need help pls.I know that this has already been discussed but i can t find the topic
I am getting this error when i put the key inside.The car dosen't want to start.I have a red/green steering wheel on the dashboard an the message in attachment on the display.After i plug in twice the key it starts live nothing happened.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

My car is a 525D from 2005(start/stop)

Hi, i've read this....but...there are a lot of assumptions and nothing clear.Soft upgrade, steerin wheel change...and so on...I was hoping that a guy from here experienced this...and exactly how he solved it...

Did you try doing what 1) your picture showed: move the steering wheel until it unlocks 2) read the posts from the link you read that said: move the steering wheel until it unlocks?

Yes i did.Eventually it starts.But my question was if somebody knows where this cames from.Is it a soft issue? Is it a mechanical problem? It is an E60 common issues?and so on...
