Exclamation Electrical Problem 2010 530i

2010 x530i 114k mileage last 18 months car always started first crank
Now with ice storm last week intermittent starts no start at all in mornings 25degrees Starts up later in afternoon or inside garage
Got New Battery
No fails on computer
took to mechanic thinks there might be a solid state board problem?
He said pump pressure is fine
Anyone had similar problems and figured out glitch?

Thanks
I did mention that to mechanic and he said something about solid state circuitry?
Not sure what that meant because on other threads I have seen members replace relays
i assumed the mechanic meant the relays are different for different year x530i ?

always cranks well
