INPA install helpp

Hello guys, I am trying to download and install INPA so I can code my car for an aux cable and other things with NCS experts. I bought the software and installion guide on NCS’s website and followed all the steps. I got to the installation of INPA but when INPA comes up an runtime error 380 code comes and and when I click ok it closes the tab and does this everytime I try. Any help would great, thanks.
