My electric rear sunshade is now stuck in the rolled up position, I can hear a clicking sound when I press the button, but it is not going down. Anyone had a similar problem before? Do I have to go back to the dealer to fix it?

You might need the dealer's help but before doing so, have you carefully checked to see if anything might have fallen into any openings near any mechanical or moving parts? I realize it's a long-shot but it's worth a try...

Thanks Rudy. I checked and there aren't anything inside. I will call up the dealer and book an appointment for a check.
