Electric rear sunshade stuck

My Ride: 05 Silver Grey 523i | Step, M-Kit, M5 Trunk Finisher, 19" ACS Type IV Wheels, Goodyear F1 GS-D3 245/35/19, Grey Dakota Leather, Maple Wood Sycamore Anthracite, Advanced Climate Control, Electric rear sunblind, Electric folding mirrors with automatic anti-dazzle, Lights package, PDC, Rain sensor, Business Radio, CD Changer
My electric rear sunshade is now stuck in the rolled up position, I can hear a clicking sound when I press the button, but it is not going down. Anyone had a similar problem before? Do I have to go back to the dealer to fix it?

You might need the dealer's help but before doing so, have you carefully checked to see if anything might have fallen into any openings near any mechanical or moving parts? I realize it's a long-shot but it's worth a try...
