I can't say I have. You track your 530? I have an older F car that I track but I track it with Pirellis. It has Dry weather Pilot Sports for the street. I don't think the Pilot Sport A/S would be a good track tire though.
I have tracked the car once last year with the Boston Chapter of BMWCCA at NHIS. It was a blast!
I got alot of stares. Recently I discovered I'm the first E60 they have seen in the Hi-Performance Driving School (HPDS). Your not going to believe this, but I have to tell you, I had already switched to winter Dunlops. The Tech inspection was doing a double take, and my driving instructor was very skeptical. By the end of the day, 4 track sessions later I had them scratching their heads in disbelief. Especially about the high speed stability.

Anyway I appreciate your input. I plan on attending these HPDS again this summer, and I need to consider the demands of these days.

Winter: Dunlop M3 non-runflat this winter (on stock 17's) and I found their performance to be very good overall.

Summer: Decided to go with Michelin Pilots on style 123 18" with 43 mm offset for X-drive.

Change over on 03/27.
