In my e60 engine number on documents and service book different, may be exchanged engine?
How engine numbers on fabrique bmw?

The VIN is the Vehicle Identification Number, not the engine number. Looks like you got some docs from another vehicle if the VIN is different than on the lower drivers corner of the windshield.
