I've felt the same about all my previous BMW's - they have never seemed to get any older or more tired over the time I've owned them.

Anyone else experienced the e60 "Time Machine"?
I will have had my baby for one year this week, and yet I cannot believe I made almost 50.000 km (around 32.000 miles) ever since..
The car is probably the best and the most versatile one I have ever owned / driven in my life... Although of course, one would always want more (in my case those would be: 1) x-drive 2) factory-NAVI and 3) any decent audio system), but these are just things you learn to find after you do some serious EU-crossing kms with your car.
But in terms of handling and performance (even though I only posess 163 clatter-powered horsepower
, but still - I wouldn't exchange it for anything else for the similar price on the market.Oh, by the way - along with the car I received from my dealer a bottle of fine French Champagne, which I did not yet have a chance to open as this year passed so quickly... So, perhaps this weekend I should really celebrate this 100% problem-free, fine vehicle...?
*if anyone is around (halfway between Trier / Bitburg) don't hesitate to stop by and have a glass!!!

I understand what everyone is talking about....I got my '06 530i in october of 2005 and it is already July of 2007....three months untill i hit the 2 year mark.
The 550i is a total joy to drive and it puts a smile on my face every time. It's been flawless and still looks showroom new.
What a machine.

I wonder, is it possible to do a factory tour for BMW? If so, for which model?

Also when I ordered my e60, the 6 weeks I spent waiting for it seemed like 6 months.
Anyone else experienced the e60 "Time Machine"?
