My Ride: e60 530i - SOLD!
Hi guys... it' been close to five years since the e60 was first put on the road.... and the first post on this very thread.
what a journey!... the singaporean e60 thread has been dormant for a while now it seems. i am sure most of the threadsters patronising this thread have moved on one way or another
my e60 is hitting the fifth year with close to 90K odd km on the odo... to date i can vouch that after almost 60 months... it is still a gem to drive around, smooth and all even it is the first generation e60 hahaha!
it's about time to move on... so what's next?
cheers

Yes, that is exactly what I am going to do. PML sales rep kept asking me to upgrade to latest LCI model but I told her no point as my car in garage half the time and the F10 coming out in 2 years' time. I thought of changing to E92 335i but coupe not so practical with 2 kids. F10 is the way to go. I am sure it will be awesome.

Why not hold on to your E60 for another 2 years and wait for the new F10?

I use Mobil 1 Tri-synthetic too. Need to top up 1L at about 15,000Km.
Zag, I also think you should wait for F10 since you love your e60 so much ...

any 3-series - even the 335
would seem like a down grade

You will be surprised at how many forumers here have, in your words, "down-graded" to smaller cars
I've recently test driven a 535i and 135i cabriolet in the USA. Wow, the 135i is a really fun car to drive!
