i called my sales person in pml, and was told they not selling the e53 anymore. says the factory stop production. until the e70 comes out.

The thing about PI (and what attracted me to them is not price alone... but the extra options which we needed to indent but they have already included "foc" in the sticker price. There is a Cayman S and 630i at the showroom now...

On the next Tuesday, Nick offered to pickup the car for me and send to the polishers and to MBM Wheel Power, their workshop to check on the misting...and fixed both problems...
The part which surprised me was...(1) PML or C&C sales won't care about such aftersales... (2) My petrol was half tank and he topped it up to full without letting me know... I only found out the next day...
This is what I called great service...

You hit right on the nail! This is what we call SERVICE! I had the same service experience with the PML authorised dealer before they scraped the dealership.
Where are you guys going for the bak cho mee or bak kut tea? I work and stay near this area. MIght join you guys if time permits

Called up Nick@Vincar... they have done Cayenne recently and have the Toureg at the shop room... Would you like to check out these too? Cos X5 probably have to indent and if the factory@Spartanburg, USA "really" stopped production... then PI or Exclusive Dealer would both be unable to import...?
