33 & Leslie,

Yes, you should get a spare cigarette lighter charger cable if you are going to permanently wire up the Nuvi. Who knows when we are oversea and you may need to use the Nuvi on other car. I have checked before but PW can only supply the complete mounting kit with the charger cable and it cost about $80.

You should also get an adapter for the cigaretter lighter cable. This adapter allow you to charge your Nuvi at home. PW give me one when I bought the C320.
Hi, called Mr Yan of PW up... he said no accessories for the Nuvi... i.e. no charger and no bracket.... looks like I will be buying another Nuvi 310 instead... for the new car...

Sorri, but I have to have a crack at this one! RECREATION LANE? <Must be a very interesting place to live! I will be there for my issue of red, blue, green and yellow pills!

LMK, SFX33, dun forget to bring notebook so that we can do major copyright infringements at 39's place. I will bring thumb drive!
RECREATION LANE would be a FUN place to live in... Imagine living on "PROCREATION LANE".... it would be very very tiring playing 36 holes of bedroom golf daily...

They told me it costs $260... would they remove the resistor? Where should I locate the AUX jack? Glove Compartment? Would it be too far from the iPod which is supposed to be at the ashtray area??
$260 for the Aux + install? THat is cheap. I remember paying $300+ for mine. Aux is normally installed at the Glove Compartment. Ab Boa will run the AV and power cable to the ashtray where you are going to locate the Universal Charger.

lmk: is this resistor easy to remove? can show us at GTG?
you need to remove the aux and access the wire behind it.
Inisde the heat shrink wire, you can find a lump inside. you need to cut it to gain access.
remove the resistor and solder/ connect back the wires.

Sounds like Rocket Science to me... would Ah Boa know how to fix it? If so... we are safe....
