Nuvi 360 buyers:

our new toy which took the FedEx freighter from Tsuen Wan HK to Subic Bay PH to Singapore this morning... :'(

They have been stuck at Customs Clearance since 8:30am local time due to "Importer must provide import license/ permit required for clearance. from relevant regulatory agency(s)."

Never knew we need iDA or LTA approvals....

Can you guys check on your FedEx tracking website at www.fedex.com.sg and put in your article number as supplied by Expansys?
pm your link. mine is not showing this.

33, where go place to input article number at Fedex tracking website? And what is the article number?

Checked FedEx status... it says... "Package Data Transmitted to FedEx" on June 5, 2006 at 3:29 PM. Dont know what that means leh!
The Expansys website should show your FedEx tracking number... input it at the Fedex.com.sg site... it should be on the main page.. quite clearcut....

33,

seems like your parcel arrived in Singapore in the first class cabin.
Ours is still flying in the air and not yet ready for clearance.
did fedex email to you asking for clearance docs?
it maybe just some GST payment only. pay the 5% and you are ok.

Maybe the Customs guy got scared when they saw the declaration "GPS".... is it that unusual in SGP? Weird...

But I don't recall having to pay GST... and don't mind... but this delay and uncertainty is killing me...
