i had my pss9 installed today and coincidental the idrive screen can not turn on ..blank screen.totally gone even after taking out the vidoe interface and plugging back the original cables.

can u explain a bit i didnt qute get you on the phone regarding the need to reset sensor for suspension???????????????do i go in and tell pml that i had suspension done so that it is easier for them to diagnose?
who is the csa to look for and would not mind the mods done or close a blind eye.TIA
but the pss9 are dam good , absolutely solid now i know wha is meant by good handling but pissed off with the idrive though.

if it is blank to totally, sounds like the LCD is dead. You need to bring it back for replacement.
Ask Ah boa to take out the connector and replace with original and send it back to PML.
Don't have to tell them you had the mod, just let them diagnose.
Sometimes a reset will do the trick.

i did not know there is a need to reset the computer after install suspension....bvo doesnt know cos i checked with them already.
can i drive with out idrive not concerned just pissed have to send car in for the first time

Happens all the time especially with the ALPINE screens. Nothing to panic. Just send it back ORIGINAL and they will have it replaced. Same thing happened to my pal's 520 and "alot of other people". This is what I heard from a CSA.

but am unable to run the program! Cant find the .exe files. Somehow I think I am missing some application software. Is the software I downloaded able to run on PC?
